The latest incarnation from Toronto Colourist Franz Yyz's entrepreneurial mind is C O W L I C K. Francis, founder of Parlour Salon and LoLa (both on Ossington) is credited to educating much of Toronto's top talent, and will start Saco Academy Classes in the near future.
